GiftCards.com Corporate is now WRL.com, LLC!

Recently Congress passed a law called the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 ('Card Act') that requires us to make some minor changes as it relates to your previous GiftCards.com Account. In short, the Card Act and Visa regulations require us to specify the difference between a Visa Gift Card purchased by consumers, and a corporately funded Prepaid Visa Card used for Reward or Incentive Programs.

With this, there are 3 main changes that you will notice starting on June 8, 2010. None of these changes will affect your pricing or the general services we provide.

• Branding Change: We have separated out the corporate sales division of GiftCards.com into a new brand called Wolfe Rewards & Loyalty (WRL). Both GiftCards.com and WRL are wholly owned by Wolfe.com. With this change all agreements will now fall under WRL, LLC.
• Card Designs: All card designs have been updated to reflect the WRL brand instead of GiftCards.com. In addition the Card Act requires that each Prepaid Card have a descriptor statement on it such as Reward Card, Incentive Card, Rebate Card, Loyalty Card, or Award Card. The available card designs will now have one of those descriptor statements printed on the top of the card.
• Bank Information: With the WRL company name change, our payment information has changed for checks and wire/ACH transfers. Once your order is placed, please be sure to review the new banking details for payment instructions.
