Marketing Components
One of the services we offer that really separates us from our competitors is the ability to tie-in additional marketing collateral and messaging to your incentive or rewards program. We believe that when fulfilling a reward there are new opportunities to get in front of your customers and drive additional actions.
In addition to the branding of your prepaid rewards card, we offer the following marketing add-ons.
Custom Carriers
Each prepaid card is affixed to an 8" x 11" sheet of paper called a carrier. We include our default carrier with the GiftCards.com logo on it for free. For a small extra fee you can fully customize the look and feel of your own carrier to better display your brand and provide additional offers you may want to communicate to your recipients.
- Pricing is provided on a quote basis and is determined based on the art work and quantity required.
- We require a minimum pre-purchase of 1,000 custom carriers and a minimum of 50 cards per order to include your carrier.
- The average turnaround time to have custom carriers pre-printed and ready for production is 2 weeks.

Marketing Inserts
In addition to customizing the carrier, you have the option to include up to 3 marketing pieces with each prepaid card. When a recipient receives a prepaid card, you have their full attention and adding a marketing or communication piece can drive immediate action. Some great suggestions are to send a thank you letter, a brochure about additional products or services, coupons or special offers, or employee communication pieces.
- Pricing is provided only by quote based on the number of inserts, size, quantity, and art work requirements.
- We require a minimum of 1,000 per piece and a minimum of 50 cards per purchase to include your insert(s).
- It takes an average of 2 weeks to have the pre-printed inserts completed and ready to go.

Branded Support Messaging
All prepaid cards typically have a customer service support line for the card recipients. As an option, we offer the ability for you to customize the scripting that your card recipients would hear for both the IVR messaging, online support, AND live agent scripts. We call this call this solution ServicePak and in addition to the custom messaging, you can provide a call to action for all 3 support mechanisms for us to for your card recipients to your website or call center.
- ServicePak is only available if you have an approved CoBrand card with us.
- There is a small set up fee for the recording of the scripts and a small additional fee per card issued.
- You would be provided a template to outline your IVR and live agent scripts, as well as an HTML ad to be displayed for online support.
Drive Web Traffic
Another method we provide to help keep your company in front of your customers or employees is to require them to go to your website to activate their prepaid card. With each card provided to your recipients, we can include a sticker on the card that directs them to go to the domain of your choice to register or activate their card. You may also provide the ability for those card recipients to check their card balance on your website which will keep them coming back.
- This option is FREE if you have an approved CoBrand.
- Integration is required to have your programmers pass and receive the data need for card activation and balance inquiries.
- Any support needed outside of the documentation provided will be charged an hourly rate to speak with one of our developers.
